The Odesa municipality has launched the MISTO platform, a digital tool designed to improve public service delivery and streamline communication between the city and its residents. The platform aims to make daily life more convenient and safer for people living in Odesa.

The information and communication system “Digital Services Platform MISTO” is a modern cloud-based platform. It is designed to integrate and digitize city services and information resources into a single management system. This ensures centralized access to information and services through a unified city portal and mobile applications. In addition, it allows for quick access to data and interaction with relevant city departments and services.

The mobile app provides several features, including:

  • Online appointments for administrative services (CNAP)
  • Hourly parking service: a convenient and transparent way to pay for parking.
  • Accessibility: the “Social Taxi” service provides transportation for people with limited mobility and persons with disabilities.
  • E-democracy: participation in surveys.
  • Safety: alerts about air raids and emergencies, maps of shelters and Points of Invincibility.
  • Environmental monitoring: data on air quality and other environmental indicators.
  • Interactive maps: public toilets, water stations, and other locations.

The platform’s functionality will be expanded every quarter. Upcoming features include voting on local petitions, submitting requests to the Citizen Service Center, and tracking public transport in real time.

Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov noted that this platform changes the overall approach to how the city functions, interacts with residents, and manages resources. It is a tool for addressing challenges that will help make Odesa safer and more integrated.

“We are part of the modern world. Download the app and follow the updates – it’s simple and convenient! New services will appear in it: from paying utility bills and public transport fares to buying zoo tickets. And much more!” the mayor emphasized. The mobile application is already available for download in App Store and Google Play
