MISTO.Tech OÜ and its affiliates (“company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting Your personal data and right to privacy.  We have written this Privacy Policy in the clearest way possible to let You know how we collect and use Your data, what we use it for, and whom we may share it with. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?

We can collect the following data:  Personal Identification data such as: first and last name, email, contact phone number, IP address.

HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA?

Most of the data we collect is provided directly by You. We collect and process data when You fill in the contact or feedback form.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate our Site.  This information does not reveal Your specific identity (like your name or other personal information) but may include device and usage information such as Your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preference, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when You use our site and other technical information.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

If You are a citizen or resident of Ukraine, You have the following rights under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”:

1. to know about the sources of collection, location of your personal data, the purpose of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the personal data owner or manager, or give an appropriate order to receive this information to persons authorized by him, except in cases established by law;
2. to receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, in particular, information about third parties to whom your personal data is transferred;
3. access to your personal data;
4. not later than thirty calendar days from the date of request receipt, except in cases provided for by law, receive a response on whether your personal data is being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;
5. to submit a reasoned request to the personal data owner with an objection to the processing of your personal data;
6. to submit a reasoned request for modification or destruction of your personal data by any personal data owner and manager, if this data is processed illegally or is unreliable;
7. to protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to deliberate concealment, failure to provide data or its untimely provision;
8. to submit complaints about your personal data processing to the Authorised Representative or to the court;
9. to make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process your personal data when providing consent;
10. to withdraw consent to the personal data processing;
11. to know the mechanism of automatic personal data processing;
12. be protected from an automated solution that has legal consequences for you;
13. Other rights according to the Ukrainian legislation.

If You are a citizen or resident of the EU, You have the following rights under the GDPR:

1. Right to be Informed – you can get specific privacy information about our company, what date we get about you, how we process that data and pretty much everything else we have included in this document.
2. Right to Access – when you ask for information, we should give it to you and provide a copy if you so require.
3. Right to Rectification – we need to correct wrong information about you when you call our attention to it.  The law gives us, at most, one month to act on your request for rectification.
4. Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten) – If you do not want to be part of our community any longer and would like your records to be erased completely, you have the right to ask us to do that and we shall do so as soon as possible within one month from the time request was made.
5. Right to Restrict Processing—You have the right to suppress your data. We can then store the data but not process it. Please note that this right is not absolute. You must tell us why you want to restrict data processing, and we will weigh your request against other factors, such as our legal and contractual obligations.
6. Right to Object to Processing – similar to the right discussed above.
7. Right to not be Evaluated based on Automated Processing – you have the right to be informed about any automatic processes your data is subjected to and the right not to be subject to the decision based solely on automated processing that may have significant impact on you.
8. Right to Data Portability – allow individuals to obtain and reuse their personal data for their own purposes across different services.  Data controllers must provide a system for you to move, copy or transfer data cross different IT systems in a secure manner without affecting the data’s usability.

If You are outside the European Economic Area, Your country may have other privacy laws that accord You different rights, but the GDPR is one of the most comprehensive privacy laws in the world, so You are pretty much covered here.
